Deb Lowe is a highly qualified veterinary nurse and accredited Delta dog trainer. Delta training inspired Deb's love of all things behaviour and since, she has continuously updated her knowledge via continuing education. She has dedicated  her life to helping pets live their best life by helping their owners, helping many people who work in the veterinary industry and helping train pets. Deb is well known for the passionate way she has taught stress free handling to vet nurses during her 15 years teaching Animal Care at TAFE. Deb founded Polite Pets and has helped many people change how they treat their pets to gain the trusting, loving relationships we all strive for.

Dr Katie Hankins graduated from The University of Sydney in 1994 and started working as a small animal vet. She then graduated with a Masters in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery from Murdoch University. Always up for a challenge, she started working in a referral Emergency Hospital. Since making the move back to general practice she has seen a huge increase in behaviour issues impacting our pets everyday welfare and affecting the relationships in families. She is now an internationally accredited Certified Dog Behaviour Consultant, Fear Free Certified Professional Level 3,while studying a Diploma of Animal Behaviour Science and Technology and is enrolled to perform Membership exams (Covid delay). And she loves helping pets and their families sort out the problems and build great relationships.
